At Airspace, we’re redefining time-critical logistics. Whether it be moving airplane parts, movie reels, or even human organs, our technology is powering deliveries when next-day shipping just isn’t fast enough. Our software calculates optimal routes, tracks airplanes in flight, and automatically dispatches vendor-partners to make sure our customer’s shipments always arrive at their destination quickly and securely.

As a DriverOps Specialist for Airspace Technologies, you will be responsible for onboarding and maintaining a quality and TSA compliant vendor network that will utilize our software to save lives!


  1. Manage Vendor Network:
    • Collect, manage, review and approve vendor-partner TSA compliance documents, contracts and virtual ID verification sessions
    • Handle escalated driver service issues
    • Manage and maintain the inventory of our vendors
  2. Team Support:
    • Support the overseeing of TaskUs functions such as vendor payment, activations, and more
    • Provide pre and post-activation inbound support for escalated vendor concerns
    • Report out on status and what may be driving performance within DriverOps
  3. Implement continuous improvement:
    • Propose and implement solutions to improve (1) vendor quality and (2) DriverOps processes
  4. Misc:
    • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed and/or assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Tableau, MS Office, Google Suite and other computer and internet applications and tools.
  • Able to troubleshoot issues and display independent decision-making skills.
  • Able to adapt to changes in the business, strategy, and technology.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills in-person and by email, phone, video conferencing, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate accurate information.


  • Hourly Range: $21.00 - $25.00
