About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Go-to-Market functions (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience) at Demandbase. In this role, you’ll contribute meaningfully to business planning and forecasting, including developing annual operating budgets and multi-year plans, own key GTM metrics and support ad hoc projects with opportunities for broad cross-functional interactions. In addition, you will gain invaluable experience with visibility into Demandbase’s business & operations and have an impact within the Finance organization.

This role will report to the Senior Director of FP&A, GTM.

The base compensation range for this role, excluding the bonus is: $95,000 - $145,000

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support internal business partners, including the Go-to-Market teams, by providing financial analysis, insights, and guidance to drive informed decision-making and optimize business performance.
  • Manage operating expenses for all GTM functions. Actively participate in annual planning, forecasting, monthly close and reporting packages preparation.
  • Analyze and report key metrics, including customers, bookings, ARR, retention and GTM efficiency
  • Present financial results to business partners within and outside of the finance organization
  • Continuously work on driving process improvements and efficiencies
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as requested and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as the business grows

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, preferably at a SaaS company
  • Hands-on experience in financial planning, monthly close, analysis and reporting package preparation
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics and GTM efficiency measures
  • Superior attention to detail – must display the highest levels of consistency and accuracy in work.
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to convey financial concepts to both financial and non-financial audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
  • Experience with Adaptive (planning), SFDC (CRM) and NetSuite (ERP), a strong PLUS
