We are now looking for a talented NetSuite Administrator to join our scaling IT team, also working closely with our Finance team.
About the Role
The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration and support of the NetSuite platform to ensure that we are getting the full value of this fantastic platform. You’ll collaborate closely with IT, Finance and Internal Data teams to realise its full potential and keep the system at the heart of our customer chain.
You’ll be joining a dynamic IT team, taking charge of our NetSuite platform to ensure its seamless functionality and alignment with our organisational goals. Your expertise will drive the optimisation of business processes and user experience within the platform, to enable you to identify opportunities for enhancements and streamline processes.
We value in-person collaboration here at Matillion, therefore this role follows our hybrid work structure where employees work 2 days a week in our Manchester/Denver office. Our core day is Wednesday, and the second day will be determined together. The rest of the week you are welcome to work from the office, or remotely if you’d prefer.

What You'll be Doing

  • You’ll have overall responsibility for the NetSuite platform, including managing user access and permissions, customising and creating workflows, and troubleshooting NetSuite related issues
  • Collaboration is key to this role, therefore you’ll be working with cross-functional team to identify and implement system enhancements and improvements
  • You will also be responsible for our Adaptive Planning (now known as Adaptive Insights) platform, maintaining its functionality to support financial planning and budgeting processes
  • You’ll establish and maintain integrations between NetSuite and Adaptive Planning to facilitate seamless data flow, and ensure data consistency across systems
  • The use of data is vitally important for this role, so you’ll be monitoring data imports and exports, troubleshooting data discrepancies and implementing data validation measures.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator in a stand alone role, including NetSuite functionalities, workflows, scripting and integrations
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting and reporting processes
  • Experience in integrating and managing data flows between NetSuite and other platforms, ideally Adaptive Planning
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, and a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive salaries in line with market standards. Our estimated compensation range for this position is £46,000 - £70,000, but the final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
