About the Role:

We are looking for an organized and reliable Inventory Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term, 3-month contract.

The Inventory Coordinator will support in-office activities related to fulfillment and inventory management.

What You'll Do:

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory and equipment.
  • Manage inbound product requests and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Order Management, Supply Chain, and Finance to provide visibility into the fulfillment activities in Mexico.
  • Partner with our OM Manager to perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between sales orders and actual shipments.
  • Prepare and package products for shipping according to company standards.
  • Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging for outgoing shipments.
  • Transport inventory manually to nearby shipping facilities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to frequently move or transport boxes lift up to 30lbs.
  • Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy material and perform physical tasks.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively and safely in a team setting.
  • Warehouse or shipping & receiving experience a plus.
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite a plus.
