As a Pricing and Proposal Support Specialist at OM1, you will be responsible for supporting the development of competitive pricing strategies and compelling proposals. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing pricing models, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our proposals, and supporting contract creation and management. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for healthcare and a strong analytical mindset.

What You'll Do at OM1

  • Pricing Strategy
  • Support the development and implementation of pricing models that align with our value proposition and market positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights to inform pricing decisions.
  • Monitor and adapt pricing strategies to address changes in the healthcare landscape.
  • Proposal Development:
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and implementation teams to understand client needs and articulate our unique value proposition.
  • Customize proposal templates to reflect the specific requirements of clients.
  • Craft clear, concise, persuasive, and comprehensive proposals that showcase the benefits of our technology solutions.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to incorporate technical details into proposals.
  • Draft and/or enhance proposal response components, including management approaches, past performance, resumes, and more as needed
  • Contract Management:
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to review and draft contract terms and conditions.
  • Support the contract lifecycle, from initial drafting through negotiation, execution, and renewal.
  • Ensure contracts align with client requirements and internal policies.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, facilitating communication and collaboration on pricing and proposal initiatives, utilizing the SFDC contracting workflow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for contract development, pricing strategies, and proposal development progress.
  • Provide training and guidance to sales teams on pricing and proposal best practices
  • Data Entry into SFDC using product object on opportunities.

What Experience You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies, Communications, or other contract management/pricing-related field.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, maintaining a high level of attention to detail, and adapting to evolving market conditions.
  • Self-starter, team-oriented and able to work with different personalities and professional stylesExcellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
