What You will do:

• Visionary Design: Conceptualize, design, and prototype next-generation hardware solutions that challenge conventional thinking and inspire new possibilities.
• Innovation Incubation: Lead the incubation of cutting-edge experiences, driving the ideation and exploration of revolutionary concepts that shape the future of our industry.
• Prototyping Excellence: Rapidly develop high-fidelity prototypes that bring visionary ideas to life, demonstrating the potential of emerging technologies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers, product managers, and other designers to integrate visionary prototypes into the development pipeline, influencing product roadmaps and strategies.
• Inspiration Delivery: Act as a catalyst for creativity within the company, delivering prototypes that spark new ideas and influence the direction of future products.
• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends, ensuring our prototypes remain at the cutting edge of innovation.
• Iterative Design: Continuously refine prototypes based on feedback and testing, pushing the limits of what can be achieved with each iteration.
• Documentation & Communication: Clearly articulate the vision, process, and impact of your prototypes to stakeholders, creating a shared understanding of their potential.

We would love to have You on our team, if you have:

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in hardware design, prototyping, or a related field.
• Creativity & Vision: Proven track record of creating innovative hardware prototypes that challenge the status quo and inspire new directions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, 3D modeling, and rapid prototyping tools. Hands on experience with a range of materials and manufacturing techniques (Operation of 5 axis CNC is a must).
• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and exploration.
• Curiosity & Passion: A deep passion for technology and a relentless curiosity about what the future can hold.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
