The opportunity:

We are looking for a talented Integration Engineer to join our Professional Services NA team.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of customer solutions, utilizing Techsee products, including the TechSee VI platform. This includes gathering requirements, designing the solution, implementing it, and facilitating the handover process.

Responsibilities:

• Managing implementation activities, including time commitment, risk management

• Designing and developing tailored implementation plans to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions into their existing infrastructure.

•  Supporting the project team ,ensuring all project documentation is current and up to date.

• Providing timely feedback to the project team, client stakeholders and TechSee leadership

• Communicating with all parties involved in the implementation process.

• Growing relationships and building credibility with clients

• Responding to client issues and ensuring resolution of issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology)

• 5+ Years of experience in implementing and deploying software solutions, in a consulting or client-facing role.

• Proven experience with technical projects management with R&D focus.

• Proven experience with integration projects, involving multiple technologies and services.

• Ability to comprehend and convey system design and architecture, technical concepts, and challenges.

• Strong technical orientation, hands-on experience in software development in SaaS environments
