The opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Alliances and Partners to lead our strategic partnership initiatives.
In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our ecosystem by collaborating with influential ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) such as Salesforce AWS and Oracle, as well as prominent system integrators and consulting practices including Accenture, Deloitte, BCG, and Capgemini.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Management
Cultivate and nurture partnerships with key ISVs (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft CRM) and system integrators (e.g., Accenture, BCG, Salesforce key SI Partners, etc) to build collaborative relationships and drive joint go-to-market strategies.
Partner Enablement
Develop and implement partner enablement programs and resources to ensure that partners are equipped with the knowledge and tools required to effectively sell and support our solutions.
Pipeline Development and Management
Work closely with partners to develop and manage joint sales and business development pipelines, identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
Co-Selling
Collaborate with partners to co-sell our Digital Customer Experience solutions, working together to deliver value to customers and achieve mutual business objectives.
Relationship Building
Foster strong and lasting relationships with partners, creating a win-win ecosystem that benefits both our organization and the partners.
Market Analysis
Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and keep our solutions at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the technology industry, with a track record of successfully working with ISVs such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft CRM, and system integrators like Accenture.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent qualifications are a plus.
- Demonstrate expertise in partner enablement and pipeline development.
- Strong background in managing partner relationships and driving successful partnerships
- Experience working for Enterprise SaaS startups in a scale-up phase and with one of the key CRM players or Contact Center platforms
- In-depth knowledge of the Contact Center and CRM domain, including a strong understanding of key players, the ecosystem, and customer service business challenges
- Experience working with and for companies in the ecosystem providing software-based customer service technologies to large enterprises.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain effective partner relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align partnerships with company objectives and customer needs.
- Enthusiastic about innovative technology solutions and capable of presenting them effectively to partners and customers.
