What's the opportunity about?

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Growth Manager to join the team leading our product-led growth initiatives. This individual will be a key player in optimizing user experience, enhancing product performance, and maximizing conversion rates. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in product analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization, with a knack for leveraging data to fuel strategic decisions.


  • As part of the Growth team, contribute to maintaining a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Develop and implement product-led growth strategies to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Utilize analytics tools and software to gather, analyze, and interpret data for actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize product features, user flows, and conversion points.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and UX/UI design, to drive cohesive growth initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reports to track and communicate the success of growth strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred (NOT a must with proven experience and track record)
  • Proven experience in a role with a focus on growth, preferably in a tech startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth methodologies and principles.
  • Proficiency in product analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience with UX/UI concepts at a good level, though not necessarily an expert.
  • Excellent quantitative skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a collaborative team spirit.
