We’re looking for a Rockstar Procurement Manager to help take digital adoption and WalkMe to the next level. As a Procurement Manager, you’ll be responsible for overall procurement and asset tracking in Israel & APAC regions, mainly in Marketing, HR, Services, Software, Consultants and Welfare. You will establish relationships to negotiate contracts and build vendor and supplier trust while tracking delivery of all materials and services.
The procurement manager will be part of a 3 managers team and will report to a Senior Director Procurement & Facilities
This is not a managerial position.
What will you actually be doing?
- Overlooking on the overall procurement process that can be used for all purchasing activities from source to pay in order to support a rapid and value added process.
- Collaborate with legal and financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters
- Implement ongoing process improvements to our Source to Pay process
- Institute an RFI/RFP methodology to ensure that we are obtaining the most cost-effective pricing
- Ensure all suppliers are compliant with all requirements set forth by finance and legal
- Maintain solid relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Managing all procurement master data and the company procurement system processes and permissions
What should you bring to the table?
- 3+ years previous experience in procurement, including experience with several different procurement software solutions.
- Experience in managing RFI/RFP processes, obtaining responses, benchmarking, evaluating and making recommendations.
- Experience in contract negotiations resulting in cost savings plus holding suppliers/partners accountable.
- Experience from a Hi-Tech company- an advantage
- Experience with NetSuite- an advantage
- Experience with project management principles
- Analytical skills in order to transform data into a decision making process
- Great English written and verbal communication skills
