WalkMe is looking for an temporary Executive Assistant to our CCO and CPO, while the current incumbent is on medical leave. You will report to Sunil Nagdev, CCO, and Chelsea Pyrzenski, CPO, and be the right-hand person providing strategical, tactical and operational support.

What You'll Own

  • Build relationships across the business and maintaining a comprehensive awareness of the organization
  • Oversee multiple tasks - both large and small and act as project manager to ensure completion of important deliverables
  • Prepare documents and presentations on behalf of the CCO/CPO for internal, external and Board of Director meetings
  • Organize team activities such as staff meetings and all-hands by preparing agenda, taking notes, and following up on actions with team members
  • Summarize information quickly and translate to/from the CCO/CPO
  • Manage events and travel for the CCO/CPO and participants
  • Have fun at work and create a positive environment for team members

What You Need to Succeed

  • Five or more years as an executive assistant supporting executive/c-level leadership
  • You are process-driven, think several steps ahead, and can create a plan (and alternate plan as back-up)
  • Project management and calendar experience
  • You know when to share information and when to keep it private
  • You understand how to balance competing urgent priorities: You know what requires your attention and what can wait
  • You're willing and able to provide a variety of support, even if it's a new skill for you

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $45-65/hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
