As an AppOmni Developer Platform Field Engineer, you’ll be working with the AppOmni Field Teams, Partner community, current customers, and prospects to leverage the AppOmni Developer Platform to create SaaS integrations beyond our natively supported Saas applications integrations to support customer opportunities and engagements.

You'll write code, engage in technical discussions related to the AppOmni Developer Platform, and help address customer needs using the AppOmnI Developer Platform technology.

Responsibilities:

• Work with prospects, customers, and AppOmni field teams to leverage the AppOmni Developer Platform to build support for SaaS applications for which AppOmni does not currently provide native integrations.
• Create and share AppOmni Developer Platform field success stories, examples, and content to continuously build out the AppOmni Field Developed applications and content.
• Help with field enablement sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to ensure we continue to educate internal AppOmni teams on how to best leverage the AppOmni Developer Platform for field engagements and opportunities.
• Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to define and influence SaaS application support roadmap and augmentation beyond the AppOmni Developer Platform.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to further develop and advance the AppOmni Developer Platform and SDK features and capabilities.

What You Bring:

• Experience with Python, Django, and/or other common developer frameworks to extract, transform, and load data through various API interfaces.
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Understanding of various authentication methods
• Ability to understand various SaaS Applications’ RBAC structure
• Strong engineering skills to leverage in building integrations and supporting customers in their experience leveraging the AppOmni Developer Platform.
• Experience in Enterprise Security
• A passion for working with customers and developers to leverage the AppOmni Developer Platform to deliver support for “custom” customer applications.
