About the Role

We are looking for a driven Senior Product Manager to join our rapidly growing team and drive the growth of our Threat Detection & Response offering. As the Product Manager for our Threat Detection & Response product, you will be at the forefront of delivering impactful, data-driven solutions that empower AppOmni users and SOC teams to detect, analyze, and respond to SaaS threats efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in threat detection & response, a deep understanding of SOC workflows, and a commitment to engaging with users to deliver beautifully-crafted, impactful solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Define and manage product requirements and backlog to expand the AppOmni Threat Detection & Response product suite
  • Integrate advanced AI technologies to uncover anomalies, generate novel insights, and reveal behavioral patterns.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to deliver key capabilities and enhancements
  • Work with field teams to understand and prioritize user asks
  • Oversee release planning, testing, and launches for new features
  • Develop and optimize product operations processes, tools, and standards
  • Track progress, risks, and metrics associated with the product roadmap
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning between product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
  • Proactively identify and address operational risks and bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with Design to validate new ideas with customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct competitive analysis

What we are looking for:

  • Experience: 5+ years in product management, with a focus on cybersecurity, threat detection & response, UEBA, or related fields. Experience working with SOC teams or threat intelligence platforms is highly preferred.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proven ability to manage data-driven security products; familiarity with data ingestion, correlation, and processing pipelines. Background in using or building SIEM, EDR, or similar security tools is advantageous.
  • Customer Empathy: Deep understanding of SOC workflows and challenges, particularly in threat detection, investigation, and response. A demonstrated ability to listen to and integrate feedback from customers to prioritize impactful product improvements.
  • Product Vision & Strategy: Proven ability to define and drive long-term product vision and strategy while executing on immediate priorities.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in working with large-scale security data and logs, with an appreciation for metrics, KPIs, and success measures that matter to SOC teams. Experience leveraging data to drive decisions and product refinements.
  • Agile Experience: Experience working in Agile product development environments and the ability to drive efficient and effective processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration: Experience working closely with engineering teams, understanding technical trade-offs, and making informed product decisions.

We're committed to pay equity and transparency and encourage all candidates to discuss their salary expectations with us early in the application process.

Our total rewards package includes the following:

  • Base Salary: The annual base salary compensation range in the U.S. for this role is: $148,000 - $201,000 USD. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as the final candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as business considerations and peer compensation.
