Who we seek:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to be a core member of the Product Management team, helping envision, design, develop, and deliver state-of-the-art products to the market.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business priorities and customer requirements.
  • Define a comprehensive pricing model for different Cloud tiers of the BigID platform, ensuring alignment with market demands and company goals.
  • Analyze usage metrics to perform sizing and capacity calculations, aiding prospects and customers in effective capacity planning.
  • Create license dashboards, set alerts for usage limits, enforce throttling for capacity management, and identify upsell opportunities based on usage.
  • Lead the seamless transition of customers to the multi-tenant environment, ensuring efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Drive the simplification of the BigID deployment process, aiming to create an intuitive and streamlined experience for customers.
  • Analyze key metrics, track data, and translate insights into impactful product initiatives with tools like Amplitude for data-driven decisions.
  • Engage with customers, sales teams, services, and support to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate product priorities, fostering consensus among executives, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years of technical product management experience at a leading company, with a focus on B2B products and SaaS platforms
  • Prior experience in Cloud domain technologies and services is a must
  • Strong technical background with meaningful development experience - a must
  • Experience in defining and implementing successful pricing strategies for SaaS products - an advantage
  • Excellent prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high-impact activities
  • A can-do attitude, you’re assertive, you take initiative, and drive execution in a fast-paced, agile startup environment
  • Fluent English: writing and speaking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in presenting your ideas to technical stakeholders and executives alike
  • BA/BSc degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent required (MBA is a plus)
