Who we seek:

Are you a seasoned Product Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact? Join our dynamic team as a core member of the Data Discovery and Intelligence Platform Product Management team, where you'll play a vital role in envisioning, designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge products to the market.

What you'll do:

We’re looking for a Product Manager to be a core member of the Product Management team, helping envision, design, develop, and deliver state-of-the-art products to the market. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the product activities from vision to implementation, you'll define and drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic goals.
  • Collect, prioritize, and create detailed product requirements for new features, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding and successful implementation.
  • Partnering with our UX designers, you'll collaborate to create wireframes that effectively capture and enhance the user experience of your product.
  • Leading sprint planning sessions, you will establish clear goals for development teams based on the organization's most urgent priorities. Your expertise will be crucial in helping engineering teams understand requirements and estimate development time.
  • You'll prioritize escalated bugs based on severity criteria, ensuring that critical issues are addressed promptly to maintain product quality and user satisfaction.
  • Conducting regular customer calls, you'll derive valuable insights and align them with business plans, product roadmaps, and the prioritization process. Your understanding of customer needs will be instrumental in driving product enhancements.
  • Perform ongoing analysis and research of customer requests, competitor capabilities, and industry trends to define the next set of product capabilities. Your insights will guide the evolution of our product offerings.

What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management roles from a leading company – a must.
  • Strong orientation for user experience with a proven ability to deliver an amazing and intuitive experience to our customers.
  • Demonstrated accountability, self-motivation, and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to uncover and understand customer needs, translating them into clear requirements.
  • A team-player mindset, which is essential to thrive in our fast-paced startup environment by collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A business-minded approach and the capability to incorporate user and business needs into the decision-making process.
  • A can-do attitude. You’re proactive and you take initiative in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is crucial.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
  • Experience with AI/Machine Learning products is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related experience preferred
