Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

We are looking for a talented, and high performing Credit Implementation Advisor to collaborate with various teams to manage credit limit changes, analyze customer data for credit decisions, ensure compliance, and drive proactive credit increases, while maintaining effective communication with customers and banking partners.

What you'll be doing

Collaborate with the Customer Success and Implementation teams by communicating credit limit changes, gathering and reviewing financials, and making credit decisions based on analyzing customer data.
Work closely with our underwriting and risk teams to get increase requests approved and implemented to enhance spend opportunities.
Auditing requests and gathering additional information required for credit decisioning.
Reaching out directly to customers and assisting them with bank connections, locating proper documentation, ensuring deliverance of documents to underwriting (audited financials, tax returns, profit and loss statements, balance sheets)
Actioning high risk accounts by request of our Risk team
Communicating approvals to customers and coordinating communication to our banking partners
Ensuring compliance with Reg B by supplying Adverse Action Notices to denied or counter-offered customers
Driving proactive increases across our portfolio and on individual accounts

This role is based in Utah.

The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. This role is eligible to participate in BILL’s sales incentive and equity plans. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

Draper pay range

$46,900—$55,700 USD
