About the position

The Revenue Systems Analyst will play a key role in scaling Bill’s internal systems architecture to adapt to the dynamic requirements of our high-scale environment As the primary system administrator for the revenue tech stack (excluding Salesforce), this position entails building out solutions and being instrumental in supporting the Revenue organization. The analyst will be responsible for managing requirements and addressing day-to-day administration needs, ensuring that our systems are optimized for efficiency and scalability.

  • Analyze revenue systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
  • Develop and maintain revenue management reports and dashboards to ensure accurate and timely analysis
  • Implement system enhancements and monitor the effectiveness of these changes
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure system effectiveness and data integrity
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting and addressing revenue system-related inquiries
  • Administrative responsibilities across our revenue tech stack

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with revenue management systems and tools
  • Admin or integration experience in any of the following is a plus: Outreach, Gong, Gainsight, Okta, Workato, and Mulesoft
  • Hands-on experience building solutions in enterprise business solutions (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Marketo, BI tools, and other systems as required)
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator 201 and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator 301 are preferred

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$97,200$121,100 USD
