Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

As Product Design leader in BILL’s innovative Fast Money team, you will employ a strategic and executional mindset to test, iterate, and launch cutting-edge digital and mobile solutions. With at least 15 years applying human-centered design across all phases of development, you will leverage excellent leadership abilities to mentor teams, strong communication skills to articulate decisions, and data analysis to create solutions that meet user needs and business goals. You’ll be a part of a team that will shape future user experiences to align with product strategy now and in the years to come.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 15+ years of real-world expertise applying human-centered design practices to craft digital and mobile product experiences across all phases of development or similar applicable experience
  • Demonstrated leadership talents to manage, coach, and nurture high-caliber design teams so they can do their best work
  • Well-honed communication abilities to clearly translate design decisions and concepts across diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills to create data-backed solutions tailored to user needs that also drive business goals forward
  • Forward-thinking strategic outlook that allows you to envision and shape where product user experiences need to head in the years ahead
  • Talent crafting engaging interactive product elements that feel intuitive and user-friendly
  • Deep customer empathy skills that let you build accessible and inclusive user experiences
  • Self-motivated working style focused on driving maximal independent impact with minimal oversight
  • Growth-focused mindset centered on constant innovation, improvement and moving design forward
  • Experience working with banking, loan, working capital or similar products

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits. Zone 1- San Francisco Bay Area CA (includes HQ), New York City, Seattle
$185,100$230,900 USD
Zone 2- CA (Non San Francisco Bay Area), Austin TX, Massachusetts
$166,600$207,800 USD
Zone 3 -Utah (includes Utah office), Houston TX (office), Florida, North Carolina
$157,400$196,200 USD
