Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Reporting to the Director of Customer Success Operations, the Revenue Operations Analyst will have the opportunity to collaborate cross functionally with Sales Operations, Product, Business Technology (Salesforce), Enablement, and Sales. This role will primarily support the Post Sales (Implementation and Customer Success) teams and key stakeholders by driving efficiency in the customer journey in effort to create a world class revenue machine. The role requires you to utilize a broad range of skills on a daily basis including, but not limited to, process improvement, data analysis, and project management. You will be expected to act as a strategic partner and advisor to Post Sales leadership through your in-depth knowledge and understanding of the organization’s data and processes. This is a high impact role that has tremendous career and professional growth potential. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data and process and interested in working in a rapidly growing SaaS/Fintech company.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Analyze and advise on improvements in the customer journey, rep execution/handoffs, data cleanliness, revenue forecasting, and systems to boost productivity
  • Partner with our Revenue BI team to develop insights to be used by Post Sales teams in their day to day operations
  • Collaborate with Post Sales leadership and reps to design and implement new processes
  • Partner with our technical teams to design and implement new and improved processes in our Post Sales tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight
  • Work closely with our Enablement team to train the floor on changes, troubleshoot issues with teams to ensure full understanding of processes and to identify gaps in current processes
  • Perform data analysis to inform decisions on changes to day to day processes and systematic changes
  • Proactively initiate and own cross-functional projects end-to-end to create efficiencies in the sales process and improve data quality

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales/Customer operations or an analytical role
  • Salesforce and MS Excel mastery (Tableau or Looker is a plus)
  • Working knowledge of post sales tools such as Gainsight (or similar tools such as Catalyst, Totango, etc)
  • Data mindset with demonstrated aptitude for complex data analysis and passion for data backed decision making
  • Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks work within deadlines and manage stakeholders
  • Fast mover with drive to iterate
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders throughout the project management process
  • Takes initiative and goes above and beyond expectations
  • BS/BA in Business Administration, or a related quantitative field

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below.
