We're an early-stage company committed to delivering exceptional value to our customers. As we grow, we're looking for a passionate Head of Customer Success to ensure our customers achieve their goals and remain delighted with our product and service.
As our Head of Customer Success, you'll build and lead our customer success function from the ground up. Your primary mission is simple but crucial: make our customers happy. You'll be the voice of the customer within our organization and the face of our organization to customers.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement our customer success strategy, focusing on customer happiness and retention
Establish metrics to measure customer happiness and success, using data to drive improvements
Build strong relationships with customers - know what success looks like for each customer by understanding their goals and challenges
Be extremely responsive to customer Slack messages, tickets, emails, texts, or phone calls
Own customer feedback and work directly with product, sales, and engineering to address
Build and lead a customer success team as we scale
Top candidates for this role will have:
7+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or similar customer-facing roles
Previous experience in a technical role such as a software engineer, SE, or solutions architect at large CSPs (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Track record of building customer success processes in early-stage environments
Strong communication skills and ability to understand customer needs deeply
Problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action
Experience with customer success tools and methodologies
Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
Ability to thrive in a fully remote organization
