📍Location
We’re fully remote and welcome candidates from anywhere in the US! We have all-company offsites a few times a year where we fly the whole team out to meet in person, build stronger relationships, kick off important projects, and have fun!

💼 Job Summary
We are seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to join our team. As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for the delivery of complex projects from end to end, designing and building high-performing, complex front-end features as well as improving our codebase. You’ll have the opportunity to flex beyond the typical scope of a Frontend Engineer by improving our engineering processes, partnering closely with product and our support engineering teams to improve the platform for our customers, and providing leadership and mentorship to other engineers.
⚙️ Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and improve the user interface for our developer portal
- Lead projects end-to-end from speccing to post-production support
- Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to build new features and enhance existing ones
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that adheres to best practices
- Continually improve existing planning, development, and deployment processes
- Ensure our product is up to date with the latest frontend technologies
- Identify and advocate for opportunities for process and technical improvements to the frontend codebase
- Exhibit ownership over frontend codebases and pod-owned functionality
- Participate in operating our systems in production, including Incident Response on a rotational basis
✔️Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering, with a focus on building modern and intuitive user interfaces
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as React, TailwindCSS, and experience with complex single-page applications
- Understanding of fundamental design principles around responsive and user-friendly applications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to mentor and coach engineering team members
- Previous experience at a hypergrowth startup is a plus

✏️ Noteworthy
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay for this role starts between $225,000 and $275,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for equity and benefits.
