About the Role:

Demandbase is seeking creative, highly motivated, enthusiastic Full Stack Engineers to be part of our team. Our technology stack is primarily in Java/JavaScript and while experience with these languages is great, it's not a necessity. Demandbase engineering focuses on fundamentals, not the tools/languages you already know.

What you'l be doing:

• Design and implement highly scalable features that help solve Sales and Marketing problems for companies all around the world
• Work on a Micro-frontend architecture using the latest JavaScript libraries
• Work closely with Product Management to understand customer needs and convert them into technical solutions
• Develop unit tests and participate in the creation of automated tests alongside the testing team to continuously improve test coverage and software reliability
• Contribute to organization standards and best practices, along with automation improvements in our CI/CD pipelines

Skills & Education:

• Keen interest in learning new skill sets and ability to learn new technologies, software, and concepts quickly
• Strong knowledge of OOPs, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with frameworks like React, and NodeJS as middleware. Familiarity with Redux and Micro-frontend architecture is favorable
• Having experience with web page performance optimization tools & techniques and demonstrating proficiency in memory management is favorable
• Moderate proficiency in building RESTful APIs following Microservices architecture patterns
• Proficiency in Java 11+, Spring, Hibernate, and any DBMS. Familiarity with Scala and Zio is favorable
• Excellent debugging skills
• Good knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD)

Experience:

• 2+ years of hands-on coding experience building web services
