About the Role:

We're actively seeking an execution-focused Partner Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. Your role will be instrumental in supporting and advancing our comprehensive Tech and Service Partner Marketing function, encompassing a wide array of both internal and external marketing programs.

The base compensation range for this role, not including bonus, is: $75,000 - $120,000

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop innovative ways to go-to-market with partners, owning end-to-end execution, and ensuring cohesion across programs/campaigns to generate leads
  • Act as the marketing representative to our partners for Demandbase, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication channels.
  • Contribute to the success of the Demandbase Partner Program by overseeing and enhancing partner marketing initiatives.
  • Take charge of the complete execution of partner marketing programs, encompassing webinars, field events, and virtual events.
  • Address partner marketing requests, actively quantifying and qualifying new opportunities to optimize strategic initiatives.
  • Work seamlessly with internal marketing teams, including Segment Marketing, Graphic Design, Web, Content, Social, and Marketing Operations, ensuring transparent and efficient coordination of partner activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Sales, Product, and Product Marketing teams to align efforts and drive shared objectives.
  • Regularly deliver detailed progress reports to key stakeholders, offering valuable insights and updates on partner marketing initiatives.
  • Take ownership of the partner marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and maximum impact

What we’re looking for:

  • 2-3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in on-demand/SaaS business environment
  • Revenue-focused individual with a high sense of urgency and a history of exceeding quantifiable performance metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong ability to make persuade and delight a variety of individuals, including executives, customers and prospects
  • Detail oriented and highly organized, with a keen ability to keep projects on track while proactively flagging risks
  • Skilled at coordinating complex projects and aligning multiple stakeholders to achieve business goals
  • Knowledge/experience using Salesforce.com, marketing automation and Asana a plus
