About the Role:

The Director, Agency Partner Program is responsible for strategically managing and building relationships with key agency partners, driving the success of Demandbase re-engineered partner program designed to deeply engage and inspire agencies. This role will oversee the partner program end-to-end, forging strategic relationships with agency partners to identify opportunities, drive increased loyalty and revenue contributions, and solidify Demandbase's position as the leading Account-Based Solution. (Note: Update to reflect new positioning)

The base compensation for this position, not including the company bonus is: $165,000- $200,000

What you'll be doing:

  • Launch and drive adoption of Demandbase re-engineered agency partner program across key agency partners, collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored engagement strategies that inspire enthusiasm and highlight the value proposition of Demandbase's tiered offerings
  • Establish joint business plans, co-marketing initiatives, and strategic account mapping with key agency partners to unlock revenue potential.
  • Oversee Demandbase's most strategic agency relationships, collaborating with agency leaders to drive growth initiatives, and work with Agency Execs or Head of Accounts to forecast quarterly spend to ensure agency partners meet bundle incentives.
  • Establish relationships across various departments at a partner agency (i.e. Strategy, Analytics, Programmatic, Leadership) to offer a comprehensive partner program that speaks to various department functions.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional efforts across the Demandbase organization to seamlessly deliver on the modular "bundle" offerings, ensuring agency partners receive a customized and high-value experience.
  • Conduct regular executive meetings with agency partners to deeply understand their business objectives, challenges, and needs in order to curate the most relevant and impactful bundle of offerings that will drive their success and cement Demandbase as their partner of choice.
  • Define and track critical program metrics, continually optimizing for partner satisfaction, revenue impact, operational efficiency, and market differentiation
  • Continuously iterate and expand the agency partner program offerings by developing and introducing new high-value bundles that address emerging partner needs, while incorporating partner feedback to ensure the modular solutions remain innovative and impactful over time.

What we're looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in client-facing roles, with demonstrated success partnering with B2B marketing agencies and/or SaaS companies
  • Proven ability to build and grow high-impact relationships that deliver meaningful revenue contributions
  • Extensive knowledge of the agency ecosystem, operating models, processes, and key players in the B2B marketing services space
  • Expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, ad tech platforms, and SaaS solutions tailored for B2B organizations
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams
  • Strategic mindset, with a talent for developing long-term roadmaps and continuously creating opportunities
  • Self-driven, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional partner experience and fostering a culture of innovation

Preference given to candidates who have:

  • Proven track record of building trust and cultivating strong relationships with partners while spearheading successful, world-class partner programs and channel strategies.
  • Established relationships and credibility with key decision-makers at prominent B2B agencies
  • In-depth expertise in Demandbase's ABM platform, advertising solutions, data offerings, and overall martech ecosystem
