What you can do for Expel

  • Define and deploy a tech roadmap that supports our Revenue Marketing goals. Collaborate with stakeholders and explore new tech opportunities.
  • Build and launch seamless marketing programs across various channels like website, email, webinars, and more in partnership with Revenue Marketing.
  • Handle conversion tracking across platforms and ensure proper lead tagging for attribution.
  • Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, tying results to business objectives. Translate data into actionable insights.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure efficient lead and account management processes. Enhance ABM strategies and boost pipeline conversion rates.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work with RevOps, Sales, and other teams to streamline processes and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain database quality standards and implement best practices across our MarTech stack.

What you should bring with you

  • 5+ years working in the enterprise/SaaS technology landscape, understand and enjoy the pace at which technology companies move.
  • Proficiency with systems like Marketo, WordPress and Salesforce.
  • Experience in direct sales and partner-oriented go-to-market strategies.
  • Passion for operational excellence and change management.
  • Ability to analyze campaign results and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects remotely.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative approach.
  • Eagerness to learn and make a tangible impact.
  • Ability to choose effective problem-solving approaches.

Additional Notes

Pay range: $134,700 - $195,300 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.

We believe in paying transparently and equitably. Your salary will ultimately be based on factors such as your experience, skills, team equity, and market data. You’ll also be eligible for unlimited PTO (which we model and encourage), work location flexibility, up to 24 weeks of parental leave, and really excellent health benefits.

Our headquarters is in Herndon, Virginia, however our team is mostly remote, and we have full support for remote interaction. We realize that while there is benefit to in-person interaction, good people don’t all live in Northern Virginia.

$134,700$195,300 USD
