About the role:

We are looking for a team player, who will join us in the continued build of our strong HR team in IL. The role of an HR Generalist will report to the Lead HR in IL and work with all technical departments on site. Additionally, you will work globally with tech teams and HR teammates. You will work up and down the chain, with leaders from Team Lead level to VP level.

Our HR department at Forter is forward thinking, strategic and a true partner to the business. This position is new, one we have positioned as a requirement to continue our impactful work as a team - we drive the company towards its goals through our work with people and processes.
As a generalist, you will have full ownership of HR processes with the department you support and you will also own the employee relations end-to-end for all IL based employees.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintaining cross-company HR programs such as: Employee engagement surveys, Recognition and feedback initiatives, Internal communication, Develop and implement an integrated people strategy aligned with R&D objectives
  • Partner with managers to drive performance management and rewards practices
  • Be accountable for HR processes such as talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, culture and engagement initiatives that drive a high performing team
  • Partner with the HRIS team to develop and refine operational processes for day to day HR administration
  • Coach and advise people managers on the full spectrum of employee relations issues
  • Partner with people managers to support the delivery of appropriate training and development programs
  • Establish a trusted partnership with the business in your region

Who are you?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist, HRBP, HR manager role
  • You worked in a global company where you have seen HR processes at scale
  • Excellent in business English (written and spoken)
  • A bachelor's degree in relevant fields of social science
  • Able to leverage data to make informed decisions
  • Enthusiastic! Self motivated, organized, fast learner, authentic, results-orientated, open-minded, fast learner
  • A good balance between leading and executing
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity - Resilient
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to define done and keep deliverables on track
