This is an hybrid role based in Bangalore, India with the team working together in person 3 days per week Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

We are headquartered in San Francisco with locations such as New York and Bangalore, India forming our areas of future growth.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Applied AI Research, exploring new model architectures and implementing ML algorithms from scratch to launch products at scale.
- Deep familiarity with Transformers, LLMs / SLMs in theory with 2+ years of practical experience
- Deep familiarity with fine tuning techniques - SFT, LoRa, RL etc.
- Understanding of advanced evaluation techniques in Machine Learning
- Working experience with Pytorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or other Deep Learning frameworks
- Ability to communicate professionally and explain research ideas to a cross functional team of Product Managers, Engineers and UX Designers.
- Strong ML problem-solving skills, ability to do independent experiments (a self-starter mindset), but also collaborate in a team environment
