You’ll be joining us at an exciting moment in the HUMAN story: we joined forces with PerimeterX in a market-changing merger, as well as recently acquired clean.io to enhance the Human Defense Platform. We are seeking a talented senior Backend Engineer to join our team to help design, develop, and maintain the backend infrastructure of our emerging and growing client-side security product. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for creating microservices that protect against client-side attacks, always evolve the system according to the latest security trends and compliance, and ensuring the system is highly scalable.
What you'll do:
- You will be implementing some of the more cutting-edge techniques around microservices systems to handle the complexities of HUMAN’s highly distributed nature and high throughput of traffic.
- Building a highly scalable distributed system preventing real-time web attacks and actively protect users and companies from cybercriminals.
- Our Tech Stack: Go, GCP, Mongo, Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, etc.
Who you are:
- BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience as a back-end engineer.
- Experience in designing a scalable microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms and a deep understanding of cloud architecture and modern system design principles (GCP is an advantage).
- Experience working with databases (NoSQL is an advantage).
- Experience working with data streaming is an advantage.
