We found strong Product Market Fit in 2020 and just raised a $70m Series B in June 2024. We are looking to add a brilliant, entrepreneurial Lead GTM/G&A Recruiter to the team!
Our Gen AI journey:
Founded in 2017, we shipped multiple NLP/ML product iterations pre-chatGPT. In 2023 we rebuilt our core AI platform using GenAI.
We’re not your average Gen AI startup, gradually layering LLMs on. We’re all in. We have more than 15 unique LLM use-cases in production with 10+ LLMs under the hood. We have shipped multiple first-of-its-kind customer experiences including video workflow analysis, natural language analytics, complex table parsing, and table-matching. To date, we have processed 600,000+ documents through our GenAI platform.
We are seeking a Lead Recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing and hiring enterprise-grade sales talent, particularly those experienced in selling to the office of the CFO.
This role requires a recruiter who not only identifies top talent but also deeply understands how to assess candidates' abilities to solve highly complex problems, think critically, and demonstrate resilience in fast-paced environments.
In this role, you will:
Sales Talent Acquisition: Source, engage, and hire high-performing enterprise sales professionals with a focus on individuals who have sold into CFOs, possess strong finance and accounting acumen, and demonstrate exceptional abilities for value-based selling and qualification.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for customer-facing roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing for Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services roles.
Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates rigorously, focusing on their complex problem-solving capabilities, intellectual agility, ability to navigate ambiguity with strategic clarity, ability to prospect into named accounts and identify key decision makers, and demonstrated ability to succeed during the hypergrowth stage of a company.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs, role requirements, and ensure alignment on hiring strategies.
Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Leverage a variety of creative sourcing techniques, including direct outreach, networking, employee referrals, and events, to build robust talent pipelines.
Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes, improve time-to-fill, and enhance candidate experience.
Culturally Aligned Candidates: Assess candidates for cultural alignment, most importantly: customer obsession, entrepreneurial spirit, functional expertise/ability, accountability, and team collaboration/spirit.
Candidate Onboarding: Participate in ensuring a successful onboarding experience of hired candidates.

Preferred qualifications:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Sales roles within high-growth tech environments.
Proven success hiring enterprise sales professionals who sell into CFOs or finance organizations.
Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and enterprise SaaS sales dynamics.
Ability to assess both technical and soft skills, with a focus on intellectual curiosity, resilience, and complex problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
