In this Role, you will:

• Serve Klarity clients as a subject matter expert (SME) during the onboarding process, and as an advisor to transformation efforts utilizing Klarity platform.

• Partner with enterprise stakeholders to understand business, operational, and IT workflows and translate them into scalable solutions on the Klarity platform.

• Design end-to-end solutions spanning enterprise systems, integrations, automations, and AI-driven workflows.

• Create high quality project artifacts, including: Business requirement documents, process and data flow diagrams, and technical architecture and end-to-end design documentation.

• Advise C-level members on adoption and best use of Klarity.

• Present a compelling demonstration of Klarity and architectural walkthroughs to customers.

• Serve as a feedback loop between the Sales, Customer Success, and Product Engineering teams on feature updates and product enhancements for the suite of Klarity products.

• Solutioning design: Develop a deep understanding of the Klarity platform to guide solution design and implementation decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

• 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Technical Consulting.

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations and automations across multiple enterprise systems, which may include:

  • ERP / CRM platforms (NetSuite, Oracle, Salesforce, Coupa, or equivalent)

  • Enterprise IT and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Google Drive, OneDrive, Jira, or similar)

• Strong familiarity with various enterprise and open source LLMs and GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini, Figma, Replit, etc to accelerate analysis, documentation, and solutioning.

• Excellent documentation skills including experience creating:

  • Proposals and Statements of Work (SoWs)

  • Business and technical requirement documents
    Architecture diagrams and technical design artifacts

• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with VP/C-level execs at Enterprises ($500m ARR+).

• Big 4 and/or top-tier management consulting firms (i.e. Bain, BCG, McKinsey) consulting experience.

• Experience coding in Python.
