We are seeking an experienced Director of Strategy and Business Operations to oversee the execution of key strategic initiatives and manage critical projects related to market expansion and operational scalability. In this role, you will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of business objectives across Europe. You will provide hands-on support in international markets, refine go-to-market strategies, and ensure alignment across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Delivery: Oversee the execution of high-priority projects across international markets, ensuring that strategic objectives are met on time and within scope.
• Market Expansion Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to assess new market opportunities and tailor go-to-market approaches, supporting research, planning, and execution.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure cohesion between product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams, managing cross-functional governance and driving operational alignment.
• Operational Scalability: Lead efforts to optimize processes and infrastructure for international growth, ensuring that systems are scalable and prepared for future challenges.
• Strategic Partnerships: Support the strategic development of partnerships and ecosystems with key industry leaders and consultants to drive business growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Strategy, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic operations, delivery management, or business development, preferably within the warehouse automation, logistics, or technology sectors.
• Proven track record in leading high-impact, cross-functional projects in international markets.
• Strong understanding of operational scalability, market expansion strategies, and product innovation processes.
• Experience developing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional European languages are a plus).
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, global environment, with a focus on driving results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives across different regions.
• This role may involve 10%-20% travel within Europe.
