We’re seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team at Monto. We are looking for a proactive and strategic individual who has successfully built and nurtured partnerships, particularly during a startup’s early growth stages. This role is critical in shaping and scaling our partnership strategy, driving a significant impact on our company’s growth.What You’ll Do:- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with technology providers, service integrators, and complementary solution vendors- Drive onboarding and adoption with joint marketing and sales plays that position partner solutions with Monto’s core benefits- Partner with the designated Business Development lead on Alliances to ensure smooth onboarding- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive partner‑driven growthRequirements:- 5+ years B2B sales, account management, partnerships, or business development experience in a fast-paced environment- Extensive experience in partnerships/ecosystem roles, building scalable partnership models at high-growth companies- Fluent English; excellent verbal and written communication- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders- Proactive, results‑oriented mindset; able to work independently and as part of a team- Strong understanding of the startup lifecycle and common challenges
