Job DescriptionMonto is looking for a Business Operations Lead to join our Operations team. As Monto continues to grow, we’re processing millions of transactions across hundreds of customers. We’re looking for someone to build the operational foundation that will help us scale efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, improving processes, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment. You will own the design, measurement, and continuous improvement of our operational processes, lead a team directly, and work cross-functionally to eliminate inefficiencies, improve throughput, and build scalable systems.
