  • About the Role:

    How do you build a world class sales organization? By creating a best in class Sales Development Organization. We are actively looking to take advantage of a big opportunity and hire our first Enterprise Sales Development Representative in Eastern Canada to help build our presence there. We are on a mission to transform a few of the most important industries on the planet: long haul trucking, agriculture, oil & gas, consumer transportation, food delivery, among others.

    This role requires being fluently bilingual in both French (Canadian) and English

    As an Enterprise SDR you’ll be navigating organizations to set qualified meetings for our Account Executives. We need strong communicators, who are quick learners, and have a natural sales instinct to be the first impression on the front lines at Motive. We strive towards providing a best in class sales experience for our prospective customers, and you would be the voice of Motive on how we can help connect the world's trucks, and automate the world's freight.

    What You'll Do:

    • Contact prospective clients through cold calls and emails
    • Lead localization strategy for our push into Canadian & French speaking businesses, working with marketing and product marketing to translate collateral and customize it to resonate with your prospects
    • Qualify accounts/prospects based on set criteria
      • Understanding of MEDDIC/MEDPIC is a large plus
    • Identify prospects needs/challenges and suggest appropriate products/services
    • Set up meetings between prospective clients with our Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives
