The Opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be responsible for measuring the success of the Talent Acquisition Function. In this role, you will understand the WHY of Recruitment and optimize our recruitment processes, ensure seamless hiring operations, and measure our Recruitment Key Performance Indicators. In this role, you will Increase the quality of the candidate experience, stakeholder experience, and recruiting experience.
Role Impact
Collaborate with Stakeholders:
Collaborate with hiring managers, Talent Partners, and cross-functional teams to understand their needs, and drive goal-oriented high-impact recruitment initiatives forward.
Manage Technology and Tool Adoption:
Ensure usage and adoption of the ATS and hiring Tech Stack
Build credibility in the data reporting and Improve data integrity (ATS, CRM, reporting)
Optimize Recruitment Process:
Increase the quality of the stakeholder experience, recruiting experience, and candidate experience
Identify error-prone processes within Recruiting, and Scheduling and manage interview workflows
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve our recruitment processes to ensure the highest level of results, efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
Understand gaps in the current process, launch new capabilities, and refine our existing operating procedures and goal-oriented high-impact initiatives.
Manage and measure Recruitment Data:
Analyze recruiting data to support our recruiting organization and key stakeholders
Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to key stakeholders.

What have you done

  • Have 2 - 4 years of work experience minimum of 2 years in recruiting operations or business operations, consulting, or a program management role
  • Proven experience in Recruiting Coordination as a Recruiting Operations professional or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced and high-growth organization
  • Have experience in data analysis ( gather, interpret, and present insights) Have proficiency in ATS software and data analytics tools
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Experience designing and building efficient processes that scale across a large organization
  • Have basic SQL Proficiency, but can be substituted for creativity with formulas, macros, and google scripts
