Why Join Us
We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to own and accelerate Observe.AI’s end-to-end revenue engine. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving pipeline, optimizing conversion, and scaling efficient growth across all digital and lifecycle channels. This role requires a growth leader who is highly fluent in leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and scale, thrives in a lean and fast-moving team environment, and brings a creative, experiment-driven mindset to uncover unconventional ways to accelerate pipeline and revenue.
You will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to build a predictable, data-driven growth machine that fuels our next stage of scale. This role is critical to Observe.AI’s growth trajectory. In this role you will directly influence how we acquire customers, scale efficiently, and compete in a rapidly evolving AI market.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own Pipeline Growth: Drive qualified pipeline across inbound, outbound support, and product-led motions to meet aggressive revenue targets
- Build & Scale Growth Engine: Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies across paid media, SEO, lifecycle/email, website, and conversion optimization
- Optimize Funnel Performance: Analyze and improve conversion across the full funnel—from first touch through closed-won
- Lead Demand Generation: Oversee demand gen programs including ABM, digital campaigns, webinars, and content distribution
- Experimentation & Analytics: Build a culture of rapid experimentation (A/B testing, CRO, landing pages, messaging) grounded in data and ROI
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Align tightly with Sales and SDR teams to improve lead quality, routing, and pipeline velocity
- Own Martech & Growth Stack: Evaluate and optimize tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, attribution tools, analytics platforms)
- Build & Lead Team: Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth and demand-gen marketing team
What You Bring to the Role
- 10+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, with 3–5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling pipeline and revenue in B2B SaaS (AI, CX, infrastructure or enterprise software experience strongly preferred)
- Deep expertise in paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions (SQL, attribution models, etc. a plus)
- Experience partnering closely with Sales and RevOps in a high-growth environment
- Hands-on leader who can both set strategy and dive into execution

Salary Range
The base salary compensation range targeted for this full-time position is $205,000-$220,000 Range per annum. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and equity (in the form of options). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
