We are seeking IT Specialist to join the IT group, reporting to the Head of IT. We are looking for a team player, independent and responsible person, quick learner who is hungry to grow and develop, and is capable of adapting to changes.

You will

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for employees across Windows and macOS environments, including company laptops, IT equipment and corporate systems
  • Manage user identities, access, and permissions using Microsoft Entra ID
  • Administer and maintain endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM), including device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (account provisioning, device setup, access control, deprovisioning)
  • Maintain and enforce security best practices, including MFA, device compliance, and endpoint protection
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and company tools
  • Collaborate with R&D, IT and security teams to improve system reliability, performance, and security posture
  • Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps in internal knowledge base
  • Assist with IT asset management, inventory tracking, and lifecycle management
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on IT tools, security practices, and usage policies

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (users, groups, licenses, Exchange, Teams)
  • Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, SaaS applications
  • Understanding of endpoint management, device compliance, and security best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, high level of proficiency in English
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail

Nice to have:

  • Networking Knowledge (DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP fundamentals)
  • Relevant Microsoft or IT certifications
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., FreshService, Jira)
  • Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
