About the Role
As Proscia’s Senior Manager, Partner Ecosystem, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and enhancing our Digital Pathology SaaS offerings through strategic partnerships. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships that strengthen our ecosystem as part of our Proscia Ready partner alliance.
- Drive technical innovation and manage partner processes, including partnership scoping and go-to-market initiatives.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of partner technologies into our enterprise pathology solutions.
- Establish governance frameworks and KPIs to measure partnership success, track impact, and refine collaboration strategies.
- Represent Proscia at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings, building awareness and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership efforts with broader business objectives.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments in digital pathology and healthcare IT, sharing insights across the organization.
What Are We Seeking?
To be successful in this role, you shall have:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development or sales, preferably within digital pathology, healthcare IT, or medical imaging.
- Proven ability to build and manage impactful strategic alliances and technology partnerships that drive joint commercial success.
- Strong understanding of SaaS healthcare solutions, AI-powered pathology tools, and digital transformation, with the confidence to represent Proscia effectively in discussions with senior healthcare professionals.
- Established connections within the pathology, healthcare IT, and diagnostics sectors.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and remotely from team members, with a strong moral compass and uncompromising integrity.
