About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Clinical Sales Director to lead customer acquisition and growth across the western U.S. for our digital pathology software platform (Concentriq). As Proscia’s Sales Director, Clinical, US West, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business with hospitals, pathology labs, academic medical centers, and healthcare networks, as well as expanding relationships with existing accounts.
As a key member of our commercial team, you will represent a cutting-edge solution that is transforming diagnostic workflows and enhancing patient care through AI-driven, whole-slide imaging and cloud-based pathology tools. You will contribute to Proscia’s mission to revolutionize pathology through AI and digital transformation by:
- Leading sales to the clinical segments, including Academic Medical Centers, Diagnostic Labs, and regional health systems focused on pathology innovation.
- Developing and executing a successful sales strategy for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion in the territory.
- Contributing to business growth by exceeding quota expectations.
- Initializing and coordinating all efforts to select strategic accounts (including tender participation) to maximize the opportunity for the sale of Proscia's clinical portfolio.
- Developing, maintaining, and improving relations with all relevant accounts to position Proscia as the preferred supplier.
- Effectively engaging diverse clinical and executive stakeholders including Heads of Pathology, CIOs, CMOs, and COOs to tailor solutions that address both operational and strategic priorities.
- Leveraging structured enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger to manage deal progression.
- Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and account updates in Salesforce.
- Collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align sales efforts with GTM campaigns, feature rollouts, and customer adoption strategies.
- Providing active inputs into local marketing strategies.
- Monitoring, reporting and participating in the activities of competitors, potential collaborators, as well as identifying business opportunities.
- Communicating the value of AI-powered diagnostics to elevate patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
What Are We Seeking?
To be successful in this role, you shall have:
- At the minimum, 8+ years of healthcare sales experience and 5+ years of proven experience in healthcare informatics/ SaaS to C-suite or hospital management.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Healthcare Informatics, preferably, digital pathology.
- Proven ability to target key accounts, while also managing the entire territory, and identifying market potential.
- Proven network with senior leadership in Commercial labs & large Health Systems in your territory
- Demonstrated ability to perform against established performance goals and metrics.
- Willingness to undertake significant travel (minimum 30%).
- Willingness to independently work in a non-hierarchical company.
- Ability and curiosity to learn.
- Fluency in business English, verbal and written.
- An all-in attitude towards using AI tools to enhance productivity, shorten sales cycles, and learn fast.
