We are seeking a Director of International Commercial Growth, to unlock enterprise growth and build strategic partnerships to advance our overall reach in international markets. The initial focus will be on the European market.

This individual would be responsible for establishing the enterprise growth strategy internationally. They will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and bringing key enterprise partners to fruition to advance the growth and success of Oura. The ideal candidate has experience building and leading a global team, leveraging their network of contacts to build out our enterprise and partner base strategically, and has experience scaling systems and processes for a growth stage company. As the Director of International Commercial Growth, you would help grow Oura by foraying into new user bases and building partnerships that focus on key pillars of growth specifically in healthcare, research, government, sports and employee wellness. The ideal candidate is results-driven, ambitious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

In addition, the individual will represent Oura with key leaders in the health and wellness field internationally on how Oura can help them powerfully understand their biometrics and health, and become a tool in health protocols. This individual will be tasked with working with the vertical leaders to scale the go to market internationally. They will partner closely with our Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to better strategically reach our future Oura Ring users.

This role will be based remotely in London.

What you will do:

  • Within the first 12 months, be responsible for growing enterprise sales and revenue significantly
  • Build a network of channel partners, distributors, sales agents that will unlock opportunities for Oura
  • Prioritize growing awareness of the Oura brand and leverage partnerships that doubles Oura aided awareness, in deep partnership and collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Advance opportunities that increase the lifetime value of the Oura member base
  • Represent the Oura brand when engaging with strategic partners and educate executives on Oura’s features and capabilities as a subject matter expert on the product
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Experience and Marketing teams throughout the product implementation to increase utilization of the Oura Ring to its fullest capacity
  • Own and manage the contracting process with our Legal and Regulatory teams to ensure that we develop clear expectations and accountability
  • Understand Oura’s market opportunities and analyze potential leads through strategy development, market segmentation, competitive analysis, and financial analysis
  • Partner with cross-functional teams through all aspects of partner and business case development, product requirements, negotiation, and contracts
  • Provide regular communications to the executive team on international strategy and results
  • Participate in corporate development activities as needed as the company grows
