- System Integration: Integrate RF subsystems into a larger system, ensuring seamless performance across all system components.
- Simulation and Modeling: Use simulation tools (e.g. CST, or similar) for RF circuit and system analysis, including S-parameters, noise figures, and linearity.
- Prototyping and Testing: Build and test prototypes, ensuring performance meets design specifications through lab measurements and validation.
- EMI/EMC Compliance: Ensure designs meet regulatory and industry standards for electromagnetic compatibility and interference.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and other relevant stakeholders to integrate electromagnetic designs into broader systems
- Optimization: Analyze and troubleshoot RF and antenna performance issues, proposing improvements to meet system requirements.
- Project Leadership: Manage and oversee RF design projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering team growth and knowledge-sharing.
