We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team in Finland, working on the Consumer app experience to create features that empower Oura users to make health a daily practice. You and your team will constantly push the boundaries of what’s possible and work together to trailblaze the future of health.

What You will do:

  • Own and drive the roadmap for the core design system of the Oura app
  • Work closely with PMs, designers, and developers to concept, prototype, ship, measure and improve features on iOS and Android platforms
  • Develop KPIs and OKRs, leveraging user research and analytics to inform decision-making and measure feature impact.
  • Define a clear roadmap, and align a squad of engineers and designers around shared goals.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements
  • Work with analysts and data scientists to measure success of features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement
  • Build strong relationships with leadership and internal teams to align on priorities and secure resources for high-priority projects

We would love to have You on our team, if you have:

  • 3+ years experience as a product manager for a consumer product
  • Ability to build engaging native mobile app features at scale
  • A proven track record of working collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
  • User-Centric: Strong design and customer sense. Passion for solving user problems, leveraging user research and testing to deliver features that enhance the user experience.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and feature roadmaps.
  • Experience using market research, user testing, and A/B testing are essential

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for and knowledge of the consumer health tech, sleep tech or wearable spaces
  • Experience working with User Interface and Visual Design
  • Experience working with data-centric and personalization products is a plus
  • Familiarity with behavior change, habit formation, and/or gamification frameworks.
