About the Founders

Srinath Sridhar - CEO and Co-founder. Sridhar has a Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon and also has previously founded companies like Onera. He was among the first 100 engineers at Facebook and has also worked at Google and Bloomreach.

‍Matt Millen - Co-founder and president. Matt has rich experience in leading multiple companies as a CGO, CRO, and VP of Revenue. He has worked with multiple startups and has helped them build their growth story from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable ML/AI infrastructure to deploy, monitor, and optimize machine learning models.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers and software engineers to ensure models are production-ready, ensuring seamless integration and continuous delivery.
• Implement automation frameworks for model training, deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor the performance of models in production and fine-tune parameters to improve efficiency.
• Manage data pipelines, including data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering workflows.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to ML models and take corrective actions.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of ML operations, adhering to industry best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and optimize model performance.
• Stay updated on the latest ML Ops tools, AI Ops, frameworks, and industry trends.

Requirements

Must have skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ML Ops, AI Ops, DevOps, or a related role.
• Strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in deploying, monitoring, and optimizing machine learning models in production.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and versioning tools (MLflow, DVC, etc.).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.
• Familiarity with data pipeline tools (Airflow, Prefect) and monitoring solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude.

Nice to have skills

• Experience with Generative AI models.
• Familiarity with sales automation platforms or CRM systems.
• Experience in optimizing and scaling ML systems for real-time applications.
