The Role

As the Product Manager for the Core Autopilot Platform at Regie.ai, you will oversee the development and optimization of the platform that powers Regie's intelligent actions. The platform is designed to incorporate intent, personalize actions, and ensure SDRs have their daily tasks organized to efficiently pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and enhancement of the core autopilot platform that enables Regie's agent-based actions.
• Ensure seamless integration of intent and personalization features to optimize prospecting efforts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and customer success teams to define and prioritize product requirements.
• Monitor and analyze platform metrics to focus on performance improvements and product strategy refinement.
• Gather feedback from SDRs and business users to inform product adjustments and enhancements.
• Facilitate the delivery of SDR daily tasks to ensure businesses are strategically positioned to acquire new customers consistently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven track record of developing intelligent platforms or software products, especially in the B2B domain.
• Strong understanding of automated systems, intent-based technologies, and AI/machine learning methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into strategic product decisions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in gathering product feedback and converting it into valuable product offerings.
