Responsibilities

We’re seeking a senior software engineering tech lead who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer value and driving meaningful business outcomes.

  • Identify system-level challenges that hinder customer value delivery and prolong time to value.
  • Create and lead engineering initiatives to address these challenges by improving, overhauling, or designing new systems.
  • Design and implement strategic integrations with major CRM, data, and sales engagement platforms to maximize Regie.ai’s reach and stickiness within customer ecosystems.
  • Lead by example through hands-on contributions to system architecture, technical design, and code quality.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, customer success, and implementation teams to prioritize initiatives that drive customer retention, activation, and growth.
  • Act as a force multiplier by setting technical direction, fostering a culture of customer-centric thinking and engineering excellence, and mentoring a high-performing team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent, with a strong focus on backend development.
  • Extensive experience in architecting, designing, and developing scalable and reliable backend services for SaaS platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to thrive in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.
  • Deep hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience—or a strong desire—to work in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Strong customer-centric, results-oriented, and data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience working with or integrating into modern sales tech stacks (e.g., CRMs, sales engagement platforms) is a plus.
