Who we are:

At Sixfold, we’re giving businesses the benefits of AI-powered decision-making. Our AI handles the leg work while humans spend their time on things they do best. Our solution is the world’s first generative AI built exclusively for insurance underwriters. Underwriters work with Sixfold to improve their capacity, accuracy, and speed. Sixfold can identify the risks in submissions, prior losses, external data lookups, and more and solves the "front-door problem" faced by many carriers, allowing them to more quickly evaluate and rate all submissions, prioritizing the best risks.

Why we’re excited about this space:

We’re building the AI for insurance underwriters. As generative AI is being used to tackle all types of use cases, insurance has a unique set of challenges. We’re serving a core business function that protects everything from a small business to a large trucking fleet. Our team is made of former founders and operators with experience in insurance, enterprise B2B, eCommerce, and consumer products.

We're looking for a Lead People Partner who excels in managing diverse HR functions and can take initiatives from concept to completion. With our exceptional growth and high demand for top talent, you'll play a crucial role in scaling our people operations as an early team member. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the culture and processes of our fast-growing startup, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop the best talent in the industry.

  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company culture and operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support the company’s growth and business objectives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Implement performance management systems to monitor, review, and enhance employee performance and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of HR and recruiting experience, preferably in a startup environment
  • Experience recruiting through entire search lifecycle, from kick off to negotiation and close
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Experience and familiarity with navigating employment law
  • Experience working with business leaders to collaborate on organizational growth and strategy
  • Previous experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
