About the Role:

Reporting to the VP of Solution Analytics, the Director of Solution Consulting leads a team of individual Solution Consultants (SCs) who serve as the primary technical points-of-contact throughout the sales cycle and product implementation process. You will be a subject matter expert for all Socure products and will be responsible for understanding client needs and matching them to solutions using Socure's products. You will also be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training new SCs as the team continues to evolve.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee a team of Solutions Consultants specializing in digital identity verification and fraud prevention solutions, ensuring their success in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Augment the scalability and operations of the SC team by enhancing templates, training, automation, standard operating procedures, and other tools.

  • Derive and oversee team performance metrics, including time-to-close, win/loss rates, product performance in POCs, and more.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies that promote the adoption of our digital identity verification and fraud prevention solutions within B2B organizations.

  • Collaborate closely with the product management and engineering teams to provide customer feedback, influence product roadmap decisions, and contribute to the development of new features and enhancements.

  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) for multiple products and solutions, including staying up-to-date on new features and functionality

  • Engage with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers in target industries, to understand their specific business challenges related to identity verification and fraud prevention.

  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops that effectively showcase the value and differentiation of our solutions.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging deep industry knowledge and solution expertise to tailor customized solutions that address their unique needs and pain points.

  • Lead the pre-sales process by conducting in-depth solution discovery sessions, creating comprehensive proposals, and overseeing proof-of-concept activities to demonstrate the efficacy of our solutions.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to digital identity verification and fraud prevention, providing strategic insights to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, engineering, math, economics, finance, computer science or other relevant field. MBA or Master's degree is preferred.

  • 10+ years of demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through strategic solution selling and consultative engagement approaches.

  • 3+ years of proven experience in a leadership role within a solutions consulting or pre-sales function, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry focusing on AI driven digital identity verification and fraud prevention.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize strategies.

  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to drive successful customer engagements.

  • Willingness to stay up to date with the evolving landscape of digital identity verification, fraud prevention technologies, and industry trends.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to client locations for presentations and meetings.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep grasp of AI driven digital identity verification and fraud prevention solutions, including comprehension of industry best practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.

  • Strong Sales Acumen: You possess strong sales skills, knowledge, and insights to effectively navigate the sales process and achieve successful outcomes. It encompasses a combination of sales techniques, strategies, and interpersonal skills that enable sales professionals to understand customer needs, build relationships, and close deals.

  • Proven Over-Achiever: Projects you have led have exceeded expectations.

  • Service Oriented: You are adept at communicating to a wide range of people and enjoy providing quality service.

  • Self-Starter: You can stand on your own as the point person while resolving an issue.

  • Effective: You ensure projects are completed on-time, to-budget, with the highest technical expertise and professionalism while maximizing customer satisfaction.

  • Ambitious: You are excited about joining a growing, innovative company where you can make a significant difference.

  • Mobile: You don't mind traveling around as needed to get the job done. This position will require approximately 30% travel.

Salary Disclosure:

Base Salary range: $177,000-215,000

This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job related factors. Socure's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, equity, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus. This position is eligible for a generous sales incentive bonus.
