About the Role:

We seek an innovative Sr. Manager to shape our internal narrative, enhance employee engagement, and promote our remote culture. Reporting to the VP of Corporate Communications, this role collaborates closely with the People and Experience team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies.

• Manage content for internal channels (intranet, newsletters, emails).

• Collaborate with C-Suite to disseminate key messages.

• Measure the effectiveness of communications.

• Ensure consistent messaging across departments.

• Partner with People Operations to launch and manage a content management system.

• Develop and implement employer branding aligned with company values.

• Oversee content for employer branding channels, including social media.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Create engaging monthly all-hands meetings.

• Support and enhance our remote work culture.

• Standardize communication protocols and templates.

• Train department leads on effective communication.

• Draft the CEO's monthly employee message.

Key Skills:

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.

• Embrace GenAI tools for communication.

• Relationship-building and brand ambassador skills.

• Ability to align communications with company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field.

• 7+ years in internal communications within a B2B tech environment.

• Experience with digital tools, CMS, and data analytics.

• Proficiency in remote work and dynamic environments.

Salary Disclosure:

Base Salary range: $137,000-164,000

This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job related factors. Socure's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, equity, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
