The Opportunity:
We are looking for experienced Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the backend architecture, developing scalable Python solutions, and mentoring a talented team of engineers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge features and ensure the smooth operation of our core backend systems that support our multi-sensory AI products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-performance backend solutions in Python.

• Architect scalable systems, ensuring seamless integration with various platforms, including AI/ML pipelines.

• Mentor and guide a team of Python engineers, driving best practices in coding, architecture, and collaboration.

• Collaborate closely with the product and the developments teams to ensure successful feature development and delivery.

• Oversee and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient deployment and integration processes.

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring TechSee remains at the forefront of backend development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead.

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Python.

• Experience with Django, FastAPI, Celery, Poetry.

• Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases (like MongoDB and Postgres).

• Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly with serverless architectures.

• Experience with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes (Advantage)

• Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch (Advantage).

• Experience in ML Ops and Cloud infrastructure (Advantage).

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving complex backend challenges.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

• A continuous learner, with a passion for staying up-to-date on backend technologies and trends.
