The opportunity:
This position will focus on customer-facing data tasks related to new and exciting projects, which involves leveraging data science techniques to define, arrange and, manipulate, and digest customer data while closely working with the customer data team, as well as TS’s R&D LLM AI teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Query Mapping:
Analyze customer queries and identify relevant information required to answer those queries accurately.
Map customer queries to specific word embeddings within the Customer Service Data Lake.
2. Query Accuracy and Responsiveness:
Continuously refine and improve the data retrieval process to ensure accurate and relevant responses to customer queries.
Optimize data indexing and query processing for rapid and efficient responses.
3. Product and Service Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the enterprise's products and services to provide comprehensive and insightful responses to customer queries.
Collaborate with product managers, customer service teams, and subject matter experts to stay updated on product changes and updates.
Document and Establish Methodologies, Templates, and knowledge. For each industry TechSee will be involved in, adjust the templates accordingly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Prior experience in a customer service-related BI role or understanding of customer service processes, KPIs etc’
PROFICIENCY in documents writing (relevant to the skills required for the position)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and information retrieval is a plus.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with the Customer Service Data Lake and its data structure is advantageous.
